The Man Without Fear has spent 11 years away from the world of cinematic media, thanks to a poorly received 2003 feature starring Ben Affleck. But Daredevil is finally back home at Marvel Studios, and the company has big plans for the character in 2015. He'll be the first of five TV shows the media empire will create for Netflix and at the New York Comic-Con today, they revealed a first look at Daredevil, which you can catch below!
It's different from what I was expecting, but I dig it. It's a nice nod to the comics, but also a costume that indicates Daredevils status as a novice in the world of superheroics. Plus, I have a feeling his more traditional red outfit will be seen as the series progresses. The panel the show at the NYCC today showed off some very promising sounding footage and some great interviews with the cast thta give me confidence this could one special television show.
